Bankruptcy referrals
When our statewide consumer-debt intake indicates that bankruptcy should be evaluated, we can introduce the consumer—after permission—to an appropriate bankruptcy lawyer serving that jurisdiction.
Attorney-to-attorney relationships across Texas
Advantage Legal Center is developing relationships with Texas bankruptcy attorneys who can receive suitable bankruptcy matters, assist with paid local appearances when appropriate, and provide a responsible connection for consumers who choose a non-bankruptcy path.
The objective is a dependable professional relationship in each jurisdiction. No category of work is conditioned on another, and every matter remains subject to the client’s interests, consent, conflicts, competence, and the accepting lawyer’s independent judgment.
When our statewide consumer-debt intake indicates that bankruptcy should be evaluated, we can introduce the consumer—after permission—to an appropriate bankruptcy lawyer serving that jurisdiction.
When an active consumer-debt matter requires local assistance, we can explore a separately documented appearance, hearing-coverage, local-counsel, or true co-counsel engagement.
When a consumer does not file bankruptcy and requests another option, Advantage Legal Center can provide legal intake for creditor-litigation matters and coordinate separately with a licensed Texas debt-settlement provider.
The law office and settlement provider remain separately identified. Referrals are never purchased, guaranteed, exclusive, or conditioned on reciprocal volume.
Our work addresses creditor lawsuits and debt-collection disputes, including matters involving the Texas Finance Code and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. We help consumers respond to litigation, avoid default judgments, and evaluate negotiated resolution when appropriate.
